I have not received my order on the scheduled date, what should I do?

In the event that the scheduled delivery date is not respected by the delivery company:

1 - Check the order tracking via the tracking link you received by email, in case there are any changes or information regarding your delivery.

2 - Check your emails, it may be that the delivery company has sent you a request through this channel.

3 - If your order tracking does not provide you with any information, and you have not received any notification or instructions from the delivery company, please contact our customer service team who will get in touch with them.
