I have several damaged products, should I have to make several claims?

If the claim concern several similar damaged products (for example: 4 chairs) only one request is sufficient. However, you will also need to send a photo of all damaged products side by side with the defects clearly visible.

If the claim concern several different damaged products (for example: a dresser and a table), a complaint must be made for each product and a photo of the entire product must be included, along with a photo(s) of the defect(s).
