To order spare parts, please contact our customer service team:

1 - Log in to your customer account.

2 - Click on Contact :

3 - Select "I have a defective product, I would like an after-sales service".

4 - Complete the form:

NB : If you have your product manual and the spare part is identified in it, please specify the reference number of the desired part in the description box of your request.

5 - Attach one or more photos of your product or the relevant part.

6 - Click SUBMIT :


7 - A message confirming that your request has been sent will appear at the top right-hand side of your screen:

8 - You will see a summary of your claim and a claim number.

> The after-sales service will reply within 72 hours (on average).
