When you send your claim, there are several indicators which confirm it is being processed:

> A message confirming that your claim has been sent will appear on the top right-hand side of your screen:

> You will see a summary of your claim and a claim number.

> You will receive an email confirming receipt of your claim.

Your claim is therefore being processed and the after-sales service will reply within 48 to 72 business hours.
