To place an order you need to create a customer account.
1 - Log in to your customer account.
2 - Add the desired product to your basket by clicking on the small logo or click on the image to access the product sheet and then click on ADD TO BAG .
3 - You can then choose to:
- Confirm your basket and proceed to the next step;
- Continue shopping and add more products by repeating the same steps.
4 - Once your product selection is complete, go to your shopping basket:
5 - Follow, complete and confirm the 4 steps of the order process.
> The first step: MY BASKET summarises all the details of your order:
Name, order amount, with or without the delivery costs, as well as an estimated delivery date.
- You can add/remove one or more products by clicking on the + and - signs.
- To remove an item from your basket, click edit or on the cross - the order amount will automatically update.
NB: This is the step where you can enter a promo code or voucher if you have one.

Click COMPLETE MY ORDER to proceed to the next step:
> You can move on to the second step of the order process IDENTIFICATION.
Check your personal information is correct, then click Confirm my order.
> The third step of the order process DELIVERY DETAILS allows you to choose the delivery method and address.
Click CONFIRM again to move on to the next step.
NB: If you ever want to change stores, click "Choose another store"
If you ever want to change the delivery address, click Choose another store, Add an address and manually enter your new address.
> The last step of the order process ORDER, summarises the details of your order.
Click on Edit if you want to change any information.
The payment of your purchases on our website is carried out using the following payment methods:

6 - Once the payment has been accepted and confirmed, you will receive a message confirming your order.
