How do I submit a claim to the after-sales service?

In order to make a claim to the after-sales service, please do the following:

1 - Log in to your customer account.

2 - Click on Contact (at the bottom of the home page) :

3 - Click Send Request :

4 - Choose "I have a faulty product, I would like to contact the after-sales service"

5 - Complete the form and give details of the product defect in the description box.

6 - Attach one or more photos of your product with the visible defect(s):

NB: Please include a photo of the entire product as well as one or more photos of the defect(s). If the claim is about several similar faulty products, attach a photo of the damaged products side by side with visible defect(s) if possible.

7 - Click SEND :

8 - A message confirming that your request has been sent will appear at the top right-hand side of your screen:

9 - You will see a summary of your claim and a claim number.

> The after-sales service will reply within 72 hours (on average).
