I had a technical problem during the payment process, how do I know if my payment was processed?
If your order has been taken into account, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are unsure, please go to your customer space. If your order has been confirmed, it will appear in your "Pending" orders:
1 - Log in to your customer account.
2 - Go to MY ORDERS and check your Pending Orders.
If your order is there, your payment was processed.
