I have several damaged products, do I have to make several claims?
If the claim is for several similar damaged products (for example: 4 chairs) a single request is enough, however you must send a photo of all the damaged products side by side with visible defect(s).
If the claim is for several different damaged products (for example: a chest of drawers and a table), a claim must be made for each product and a photo of the entire product must be included, along with a photo(s) of the defect(s).
