If you receive a damaged product and/or package, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
1 - Log in to your customer account.
2 - Click on Contact (at the bottom of the home page) :
3 - Click Send Request.
4 - Go to our contact form "I have a question about a past order" in the subject line (1), indicate "I received my order" (2) and "A product is damaged" for the reason of the claim (3).
4 - Complete the form:
5 - Note down if any remarks/observations were made during delivery and attach this email, and photos of your damaged product(s)/package(s), to your claim.

6 - Click SEND :
7 - A message confirming that your request has been sent will appear on the top right-hand side of your screen:
8 - You will see a summary of your claim and a claim number.
> The customer service team will get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours.
