Should I have to pay for the return delivery costs?

Return delivery costs are the Customer's responsibility - they acknowledge and accept this when they agree to the Terms and Conditions.

However, as an exception to this principle, Atmosphera® will take responsibility for product returns made by the Customer in Collection Points or those sent by Colissimo, according to the terms indicated in article 6.2 of the Terms and Conditions
