To order spare parts, please contact our customer service team:
1 - Log in to your customer account.
2 - Click on Contact (at the bottom of the home page) :
3 - Click Send Request :
4 - Select "I have a faulty product, I would like to contact the after-sales service"
5 - Complete the form:
NB : If you have your product manual and the spare part is identified in it, please specify the reference number of the desired part in the description box of your request.
6 - Attach one or more photos of your product or the relevant part.
7 - Click SEND :
8 - A message confirming that your request has been sent will appear at the top right-hand side of your screen:
9 - You will see a summary of your claim and a claim number.
> The after-sales service will reply within 72 hours (on average).
